Canadian Career Development Foundation

Research

Quality career services result in critical socio-economic outcomes. Yet in Canada, career development has not been high on the public policy agenda and career services remain vulnerable. CCDF is actively working to make career development a public policy priority by promoting collaboration among strategic partners ( see Partnership Initiatives and Career Developments ) and by building the evidence-base that proves that career development interventions offer a significant return on investment and result in stronger citizens, communities and economies.

This section of our web site highlights both CCDF’s research and the research of our partners that focus on the state of practice in career development and the growing evidence base to prove the value of career services.
